Millennium Driving SchoolA driving school with 300+ five-star reviews and a website that doesn't show a single one.
Millennium has strong real-world credibility — 4.5 stars, 300+ reviews, MTO approval, 20 years of experience — but the website, and specifically the course packages page, fails to communicate any of it. Visitors see plain bullet lists with no visual hierarchy, broken CTAs, and no social proof, and leave without booking. I proposed fixing this in three focused phases over 10 to 14 days, every change tied to a specific conversion problem, with zero ad spend.
- 300+ five-star reviews across Google, TrustAnalytica, Yelp, and Wheree — none shown on the site
- 4.5-star Google rating — not shown on the site
- 20 years of experience — buried in a text slider
- $190 saving on Package 1 not highlighted ($180 on Package 2)
- MTO / BDE benefit: students save up to 10% on insurance
- 10–14 day engagement, zero ad spend
- ROI framing: just 2 new bookings from the improved page covers the entire investment
- 01
$190 saving shown in tiny plain text
What's wrong. The genuine $190 saving on Package 1 is mentioned in small text on the course page.
Why it matters. The strongest price anchor on the site is invisible to the visitors it should be persuading. Severity: high / missing.
Fix. Make the saving the hero element of the pricing card.
Value salience / anchoring - 02
Packages displayed as plain bullet lists, no cards
What's wrong. Three packages with no visual structure or comparison.
Why it matters. Visitors cannot scan or compare the offers, so the competitive pricing goes unnoticed. Severity: high / broken.
Fix. Redesign all three as visual pricing cards with benefit-driven descriptions.
Clarity / scannability - 03
No "Most Popular" badge or recommended option
What's wrong. The course page offers no guidance on which package to choose.
Why it matters. Undecided visitors get no nudge toward the complete package and stall. Severity: high / missing.
Fix. Add "MOST POPULAR" to Package 2 and "Recommended for" rows.
Choice architecture / decision guidance - 04
4.5-star / 300+ Google reviews visible nowhere on site
What's wrong. The homepage carries no social proof despite a 4.5-star average across 300+ reviews.
Why it matters. The school's biggest trust asset never reaches the people deciding whether to enrol. Severity: high / missing.
Fix. Google reviews widget above the fold; real review quotes on the course page.
Social proof - 05
"Read more.." buttons all link back to the homepage
What's wrong. The homepage CTAs loop visitors back to the page they are already on.
Why it matters. Broken flow with no next step toward the course page or registration. Severity: high / broken.
Fix. Replace with action-driven buttons.
Friction / broken flow - 06
"Register Now" opens a blank form with no package context
What's wrong. The registration form does not know which package the visitor selected.
Why it matters. Momentum is lost at the point of decision and the visitor has to start over. Severity: medium / weak.
Fix. Pass the selected package to the form.
Friction / continuity at point of decision - 07
Instructors not featured — students buy from people
What's wrong. The instructor praised by name in dozens of reviews does not appear on the site.
Why it matters. A proven trust driver is missing entirely. Severity: medium / missing.
Fix. Instructor credibility section (photo + credentials + trust).
Trust / authority - 08
MTO / BDE insurance-discount benefit not explained
What's wrong. The MTO-approved BDE badge is shown but its concrete benefit is never spelled out.
Why it matters. A tangible financial reason to enrol is left underused. Severity: medium / underused.
Fix. Explain it: "Students save up to 10% on insurance."
Value communication - 09
"Walk-in welcome" buried deep in the schedule table
What's wrong. Availability and walk-in messaging is hidden inside the schedule table.
Why it matters. No urgency or scarcity signal reaches visitors before they leave. Severity: medium / hidden.
Fix. Urgency messaging such as "Limited Seats This Weekend".
Urgency / scarcity - 10
No sticky CTA — mobile users must scroll to find action
What's wrong. There is no persistent call to action on mobile.
Why it matters. Mobile visitors have to hunt for the next step. Severity: medium / missing.
Fix. Sticky mobile CTA "Book My Course".
Mobile UX - 11
Live typo "Seats are avalable" on course page
What's wrong. A visible spelling error sits on the page where visitors decide to pay.
Why it matters. Damages trust at the moment of commitment. Severity: low / broken.
Fix. Fix UX issues and typos.
Trust / credibility
